Our emotions are our inherited guidance system. If we want clarity and flow, we need to declutter our system's pipes.
As we have a better relationship with our emotions, we understand the interconnection of how we feel and perceive life.
When we block what we feel, we not only block what we don't like but the flow of everything else.
